What this document is. humAIn is a fictional company. This site, its product registry, its trials and its participants are a work of fiction produced by New Power Studios for entertainment. No product described here exists, nothing on this site is sold as a real device, and no person described as a participant is a real research subject.
The registry. Joining the observer registry means giving us an email address so we can tell you when a new demonstration is published. We use it for that, and to send you material connected to the story. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us send those messages. Every message carries a link that removes you from the registry, and using it takes effect immediately.
What the story asks of you. Parts of this project invite you to solve things, enter answers, and follow the story off this site. Taking part is voluntary and free. Nothing in the story is an instruction to do anything unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to yourself or anyone else, and no message that appears to come from humAIn should ever be read as one. If you are ever unsure whether something is part of the story, it is safe to assume it is, and to ask us at media@humain.inc.
Purchases. Candidate materials are sold through our shop and are ordinary merchandise. Those orders are handled by the shop, under the shop's own terms, and any question about payment, delivery or returns is answered there.
Age. The registry is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes. If we change these terms we will say so on this page and date the change. Last updated 09.04.26.
